During the Third Tallinn New Year's Festival thirteen different concerts will be held. More than thirty famous musicians among whom are Andres Uibo, Ulla Krigul, Denis Kasparovitch, Aare-Paul Lattik, Peter van Dijk (Holland), Edouard Oganessian (France) and Roman Perucki (Poland), Lembit Orgse, Mari-Liis Uibo and Arvo Leibur, Kady Plaas, Ka Bo Chan, Anto Onnis, Tonis Kaumann, Oksana Sinkova, orchestra “Glasperlenspiel Sinfonietta” and others will perform at these concerts.
