In 2011 Festival Shanties celebrate 30 th jubilee edition. For this occasion at 5 stages take place 18 concerts present different currents of sea music: marine poetry and ballads, traditional sea songs, contemporary sailors' songs, sailors' songs for children. Parallel to festival concerts take place other events: exhibitions of marine pictures and photos from cruises and sailing races, meetings with famous sailors, “sea dogs”, projection of marine films, workshops for fiddlers and marine workshops for children.
